When you receive a payment, a remittance will be generated in your portal. It can take up to three days after the payment date to be generated.

Your remittance has two components: a Payment Summary (PDF) and a Payment Report (XLS).

Payment Summary (PDF) 
Your Payment Summary acts as a receipt and provides an overview of the amount you received, including the gross amount, any tax or deductions applied, and the final amount paid to you. This is the document you can use for tax purposes. 

Payment Report (XLS) 
Your Payment Report provides a detailed breakdown of your distribution. It lists all the works or titles included and shows the amount and any tax applied at an individual work or title level.  

If you collect royalties on behalf of other creators, your Payment Report will also show which creator each payment relates to and the amount allocated to them.
