If you don’t verify a work within 14 days of Copyright Agency sending you an email, we will presume our research is correct and that you are entitled to collect payment for those works.

If those works are books, we’ll later ask for payment share information as there will be an upcoming payment linked to those titles.

It is important that you inform us if our research is incorrect and the title does not belong to you, or if there are any changes in rightsholding for those titles. This allows us to update our records, and initiate research to reallocate those titles to the correct rightsholders.

All these options to update the works will be available to you on your online member account. You will be prompted with actions and guided through the verification process online.

If we make a payment for a book that we presume has multiple shareholders, but we don’t have shares for, members linked to the book will be able to see that we have made a payment to the publisher.
