Use this action if you are entitled to receive Copyright Agency payments for that title and you have not agreed to share those payments with anyone else.
What happens if I select this?
If you warrant that this information is correct, the title will appear in your works list as ‘Verified’ and any future payments will be paid to your account.
...and there are multiple rightsholders
Use this action if you are entitled to receive Copyright Agency payments but you have agreed with one or more others to share the payments with them.
What happens if I select this?
If you warrant that this information is correct, we will ask you to provide payment shares so we can pay all shareholders directly.
If you don’t provide payment shares after reminders, a writer or illustrator may request you provide them.
As part of our commitment to payment transparency between Copyright Agency members, these payments will also become visible to any creator members who are contributors to a book.
The title will appear in your works list as ‘Verified’ and any future payments will be paid to your account provided there is no outstanding disagreement between you and creator members about the sharing arrangements. You’ll be able to see the payment shares listed under your Work Details. If this changes in future, you will be able to update the rightsholding or the shareholders by viewing Work Details.

Use this action if you are not entitled to receive Copyright Agency payments for that title.
What happens if I select this?
We will remove this title from your works list and look for a person who is entitled to receive payment. We'll be in contact to find out if you can tell us who is entitled to receive payment, that is helpful.
...we have sold the copyright for this imprint
Use this action if you have sold the imprint and you are no longer entitled to receive Copyright Agency payments. If you can tell us who is entitled to receive payment, that is helpful.
What happens if I select this?
We will remove this title from your works list and allocate the payment to the new owner of the imprint.

Use this action if you have sold the rights for the title to another publisher and you are longer entitled to receive Copyright Agency payment for that title. If you can tell us who is entitled to receive payment, that is helpful.
