A browser is the application you use to browse the internet. Using a non-supported browser is not recommended, in some cases content in the Member Portal may not display correctly and you may see a pop-up recommending that you switch to a supported browser.
The Member Portal is cloud based. That means that you use a web browser to access the portal and its features via the internet. You will have a better experience if you use a supported browser. The following are supported:
- Safari (for Apple computers)
- Chrome
- Edge (works on Windows 10 computers)
- Internet Explorer (version 11)
- Firefox
All the supported browsers can be downloaded free.
The Member Portal can be accessed using a mobile device the following mobile browsers are supported:
- Google Chrome
- Apple Safari
Note: It is recommended that you always have the latest version of the browser you use. Most browsers update automatically, but in some instances, you may need to go to the settings of your browser and update manually.
