Why is my account locked?
Your member account will lock when you enter an incorrect password three times in a row. No further attempts can be made to log in until it is unlocked.
This is a security measure to prevent someone from repeatedly trying to guess a password. It also protects accounts from “brute force” attacks where hacking software is used to enter thousands of passwords in rapid succession in the hope of randomly generating the correct password.
How can I unlock my account?
If your account is locked, you should call Member Services on 1800 066 844.
You will receive an email to the address you use to log in and receive communications from the Copyright Agency.
Follow the instructions in the email to unlock your account. Once this is completed you’ll be able to access your account immediately.
