Please first contact the publisher if you believe the percentage listed under ‘Shares %’ on your Works table does not reflect the agreement the author or artist you represent.

If the publisher has made a mistake, they can correct it by logging in to their online account.

If you and the publisher have different views about the agreement for sharing Copyright Agency payments, you can notify us by completing a ‘Raise a case’ form. To do this, log into your online account, scroll to the bottom of the page, select ‘Raise a Case’ link and complete the form with all necessary information.

We will then assign you a dedicated case manager who will work with you to resolve this issue.

We may hold any payments for your work until the issue is resolved.
