Please complete the following steps if you have access to the previous contact’s email account. If you do NOT have access to their email account, then please get in touch with Copyright Agency and we will assist you with updating your details.

1. Go to the RightsPortal
2. Click the ‘I Forgot My Password’ button 
3. Ensure that ‘Statutory Education Licence’ is selected as Licence Type, then enter the previous contact’s emails address
4. The reset instructions will then be sent to the previous contact’s email address. Once you are logged in as the previous contact, you will be able to update your organisation’s contact details under the My Account tab

 Note: This is for individually licensed private education providers (i.e. not universities, TAFEs or schools licensed under separate blanket agreements).
