You can update your details in the Member Portal.
1. Click your account name in the top right-hand corner then Account.
2. From the left-hand menu select Bank Details.
3. Add your new details and click Save Changes.
As part of our increased security measures, you will be prompted to enter a unique code sent to a second device of your choice.
Please follow the prompts and enter the code you are sent to your mobile or email. Please wait up to 5 minutes to receive the code. If you do not receive a code, you can select to send again.
Once complete, you’ll receive an email confirming that your bank details have changed.
