If your organisation (e.g. private college, training arm, non TAFE, RTO etc) has a current remuneration agreement with the Copyright Agency, you are permitted to copy and share text and images under the Statutory Education Licence for the educational purposes of your institution. 

You can check the list of Independently Licensed Educational Institutions that are currently covered by an agreement from our website. 

If your private education provider does not have a current remuneration agreement in place with the Copyright Agency, please visit the Rights Portal to price a licence.
