Once you accept the terms and conditions, and have purchased a licence, the licence fee is to be paid to the Copyright Agency for your nominated use of the copyright material, regardless of whether or not you use the copyright material.

Refund policy

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about using the licensed content. We will, however, provide a refund or replacement licence if you make a mistake by purchasing a licence for content that does not exist or for which we do not control the rights.

Apart from the rights under our refund policy, you have the rights that exist under the Australian Consumer Law.
