If you believe the percentage listed under ‘Shares %’ on your Works table is not in accordance with your agreement with your publisher, please first contact your publisher.
If there has simply been a mistake, your publisher can correct it for you on the Member Portal.
If there is a disagreement between you and your publisher about the accuracy of the information the publisher has given us, you can complete a ‘Raise a case’ form to notify us of the disagreement.
To do this, log into your online member account, scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Raise a Case’, providing us with all necessary information.
You will then be assigned a dedicated case manager who will work with you to resolve this issue. We’ll continue to allocate money to the work until the case is resolved.
