You may notice we've recently released a Payment Dashboard on your 'Payments' menu to help you understand your Copyright Agency payments over time.
We've also made other changes to make it easier for you understand our payments.
One consolidated payment per month
We will no longer be separating payments by ‘payment model’, ie by 'Notify', ‘Default’ or ‘Default Pre-Claimed’, or ‘Nominated Recipient’.
Now, we will combine payments and issue one Payment Summary (PDF) and simplified Remittance Report (.CSV) that sets out information such as the title, the amount, tax and deductions and who the payment is for (if you are an agent). You'll notice the new Payment Summary has also been redesigned to be easier to follow.

No more confusing payment model terminology
We still use different ways to determine payments, in accordance with our Distribution Policy, but instead of introducing new terms, we’ve simplified the Remittance Advice Report and refer to a new ‘Shares Advised’ column which determines if a member needs to share or on-pay others, or if they can keep the payment.
If a ‘Yes’ appears under your ‘Shares Advised’ column, it means we have registered shares and the amount we are paying you is yours to keep. We hope this will help clarify your on payment obligations.

Improved security
We will continue to send you an email when you have received a payment, but for your security, we will no longer attach the Payment Summary PDF and Remittance advice/Payment Report to your email. Instead, you will be able to login to the Member Portal, and see all payments made to you. You'll still be able to download the Payment Summary and Remittance Report from here.
You can also now generate your own reports by using search, sort and filters on the 'Detailed View' tab. The total amount of tax and deductions will be clearly displayed and match your sort and filter criteria.
